Lisbon, 11 February 2025 – HL7 Europe recognised eight interoperability pioneers for their contributions and achievements at its annual Working Group Meeting happening this week in Lisbon, Portugal, including past and current Board members of HL7 Europe and HL7 International, and volunteers from HL7’s European affiliates.
Among the individuals recognised today are:
- Anne Moen, HL7 Europe Chair 2022-2024
- Robert Stegwee, HL7 Europe Treasurer 2022-2024
- Henrique Martins, HL7 Europe Board member and Co-Founder of Hospitals-on-FHIR
- Line Andreassen Sæle, HL7 Europe Board member and Communications Task Force lead
- Roeland Luykx, HL7 Europe Advisory Council Chair
- Christof Gessner, HL7 Europe Board member 2020-2022 and Technical Coordination Team (TNT)
- Jens Kristian Villadsen, HL7 Europe Technical CoordiNation Team (TNT)
- Walter Suarez, HL7 International Chair
The recipients of the Acknowledgement Awards were recognised in the HL7 Europe Working Group Meeting opening plenary meeting in Lisbon today.
